Grenada Lakes is a condominium community made up of low rise (1-3 floors) condominiums. Living areas range from approximately 630 to 1200 square feet of space and most were built between 1987 and 2001. There are four lakes within this lushly landscaped community. Recreational activities include a clubhouse with fitness center, billiards and media room. Outdoor recreational areas include tennis courts, two community pools, sand/beach volleyball and picnic tables for use by all residents.
