David Frye
David is the President of Downing-Frye. Together with his wife Michelle, David developed a small company into one of the largest independently owned real estate brokerages in the country. He has the uncanny knack for anticipating where our industry will go in the future. His vision has guided our firm for many, many years.

Mike Hughes
Mike is the Vice President and General Manager of Downing-Frye. He has managed the Naples office since 2000. Mike is Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Services Committee for 2012. This prestigious committee is usually referred to as the” Big Broker’s Committee”. In addition, he was Vice President of the Naples Area Board of Realtors in 2010 and 2011. He is currently on the Board of Directors for 2012 and 2013. Mike was voted NABOR’s Humanitarian of the Year in 2001 & 2006. He has also won NABOR’s Community Involvement award in 2005 and the Task Force Contribution award in 2010.

Dan Ross
Don has provided legal counsel to the Downing-Frye family for over 15 years. He comes in to our office to provide free legal advice to our agents throughout the week. In addition, he attends Downing-Frye training seminars and sales meetings so he can give a legal perspective on the various real estate issues. His” common sense” legal approach to matters has been greatly appreciated by Downing-Frye agents over the years. One of the most respected local attorneys, Don won the Southwest Florida People’s Choice Award for Best Attorney in 2011.

Jerry Bodart
Jerry manages our Bonita Springs office. He took a small office in 2003 and built it up to well over 130 agents today. Jerry is a master of the various contracts and forms that we use on a day to day basis. He is one of the most popular real estate office managers in our area. His friendly management style is one of the reasons that his office has experienced such phenomenal growth.
